Coptis (hairs removed) 6 qian, Platycodon (root base removed) 6 qian, Sophora root 4 qian, Licorice root 4 qian, Peppermint leaves 1 qian, White borax 6 fen.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a water caltrop.
