Drug Formulation
10 leeches (stir-fried until slightly yellow), 1 fen Sichuan pepper (remove the seeds and any closed pods; lightly stir-fry to remove moisture), 1 fen realgar (finely ground), 1 otter gallbladder (dried), 1 fen dog gallbladder (dried).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from noodles boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of mung beans.

Take 5 pills each time, washed down with Angelica wine before meals.
