Benefits

Instructions for Use
First, fold one fresh lotus leaf—taking care not to tear it—and simmer it in 2.5 bowls of water until reduced to 2 bowls. Then add the herbs and 3 slices of ginger, and simmer until the liquid is reduced to 7 parts before taking the decoction.
