Drug Formulation
1 liang of rhubarb (soaked in wine), 5 qian of red rice mold (roasted), 3 qian of Chuanxiong, 3 qian of Wuyao, and 1 liang of earthworms (cleaned of soil).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a powder; separately, boil 4 liang of rhubarb into a paste, add a small amount of honey, and form into pills the size of longan.

For smallpox: as soon as a fever sets in, the lips crack and the tongue becomes pitted; the patient experiences restlessness and delirium, thirst, aversion to cold, burning sensation in both ears, redness in both eyes, and constipation and difficulty urinating. Instructions for Use
Take 1–2 pills per dose, mixed with a decoction.
