Formulas Name : Three-Ash Decoction
Chinese Name : 三灰煎
Drug Formulation
5 sheng of raw Lepidium ash, 5 sheng of ginger ash, and 2.5 sheng of lime.

Processing
Mix the above ingredients until well blended; steam until the aroma rises; collect 1 dou of the liquid from the bottom of the steamer and pour it over the mixture from above; use all the liquid to extract the decoction; simmer in an iron vessel until reduced by half; increase the heat and continue simmering until, when a chicken feather is waved over the mixture, the flame immediately goes out—the medicine is ready.

To remove moles and warts, first make a small incision in the overlying skin to break the surface, then apply the medicine to the affected area.
