Drug Formulation
1 liang of forsythia, 3 qian of peppermint leaves, 4 qian of puffball mushroom, 6 qian of burdock seeds, 3 qian of schizonepeta spikes, 5 qian of dried silkworm, 5 qian of Isatis root, 1 liang of scrophularia, 1 liang of bitter platycodon, 1 liang of honeysuckle, and 5 qian of licorice.

Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use
Take 6 qian per dose; for severe cases, 8 qian. Use 4 qian of dried reed root; first decoct it in half a bowl of water. Then, add the powdered herbs to the reed root decoction and boil for two or three rolling boils. Strain and drink. For mild cases, take 3 doses per day; for severe cases, take 1 dose every hour or so.
