Cyperus Rhizome (soaked in vinegar—5 parts in spring, 3 in summer, 7 in autumn, and 10 in winter; pounded until extremely fine, sun-dried, ground into a fine powder, and mixed with 10 liang of gold vinegar to form a paste) 1 jin; Angelica sinensis 5 liang; Ligusticum chuanxiong 5 liang; Atractylodes macrocephala 5 liang; Dried tangerine peel 5 liang.

Grind each of the above five ingredients into an extremely fine powder; use the vinegar remaining from soaking the herbs to cook a wheat flour paste, then form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
