Drug Formulation
Sichuan rhubarb 1 liang (chopped, lightly roasted), croton seed powder 2 fen, soapberry 1 liang (unworm-eaten, with skin and seeds removed, charred until black).

Processing
Grind the rhubarb and soapberry pods into a fine powder, mix with the croton seed powder until uniform, and form into pills the size of mung beans using refined honey.

For children with constipation, pain and distension in the epigastrium, and restlessness and shortness of breath upon lying down.
Instructions for Use
For children aged 4–5, take 3 pills per dose, washed down with warm water.
