Drug Formulation
Rehmannia glutinosa (cooked) 2 liang, lotus seeds 4 liang, Moutan bark 1 liang 5 qian, jujube peel 2 liang, Chinese foxglove 1 liang, Achyranthes root (Sichuan) 2 liang, Angelica sinensis 2 liang, Polygala root 1 liang, Goji berries 2 liang, Alisma rhizome 1 liang, White peony root 2 liang, Licorice root 1 liang, Deer gelatin 1 liang, Turtle gelatin 2 liang.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Decoct 4 liang of Dendrobium nobile in water, then mix with refined honey to form pills.
Instructions for Use
Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with lightly salted water, twice daily.
Note
Contraindicated for individuals with a damp-heat constitution who do not have deficiency of essence and blood.
