Formulas Name : Wine Infusion of Elephanthus

Chinese Name : 列节浸酒

Drug Formulation

Liejie 2 liang, Fangfeng 1 liang (stem removed), Yinmu 1 liang, Huangqi 2 liang, Qianghuo 2 liang, Guixin 2 liang, Haitongpi 2 liang, Tiger leg bone 2 liang (coated with butter, roasted until slightly yellow), Niuxi 2 liang (stems removed), Fuzi 2 liang (roasted until cracked, peel and navel removed), raw Rehmannia root 1 liang,1 liang of Chuanxiong, 1 liang of Danggui, 1 liang of Goji berries, 1 liang of Bai Zhi, 1 liang of decayed turtle shell (coated with butter and lightly toasted until pale yellow), half a he of black beans (roasted until cooked), 1 liang of Acanthopanax bark, and 1 liang of sour jujube seeds.

Processing

Finely chop and mix all ingredients thoroughly, place them in a raw silk bag, add 3 dou of fine wine, seal the bottle tightly, and let it steep for 7 days before opening and using.

Instructions for Use

Drink one small cup of the warmed mixture daily on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bedtime; replenish the wine as needed.

Note

Avoid raw and cold foods, as well as pork, chicken, beef, and horse meat.
