Instructions for Use

Cook into congee with rice, salt, fermented soybeans, and other ingredients; consume 1–2 servings daily.

Note

It can be served for breakfast, dinner, or as a snack; consume while warm, and it is particularly suitable during the fall and winter seasons. Avoid consumption during episodes of fever; while taking dog meat congee, avoid eating garlic, water chestnuts, and the Chinese medicinal herbs apricot kernels and pharbitis. Meat from rabid dogs must not be consumed.
