Wood Fragrance Life-Preserving Pill,For men and women suffering from wind stroke due to physical weakness and open pores, characterized by locked jaw,a crooked mouth and eyes, partial paralysis of the hands and feet, stiffness in the limbs preventing flexion or extension, numbness and loss of sensation, convulsions, itching and pain throughout the body, dizziness and blurred vision, wind invading the abdomen causing cramping and sharp pain, a sensation of crawling insects under the skin, mental confusion, common colds and epidemic diseases, unilateral or bilateral headaches, wind-related disorders, and various forms of cold-induced ailments;It also treats men and women with spleen-stomach qi deficiency, or those who have consumed cold foods, resulting in severe pain in the chest and abdomen and disharmony of the internal organs; postpartum and prenatal stroke in women, characterized by high fever, heaviness of the body, headache, dizziness with a sensation of falling, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and amenorrhea; or conditions caused by alcohol or phlegm, such as drowsiness, fatigue, and reduced appetite.

Drug Formulation

1 liang of Wood Fragrance, 1 liang of White Aconite (raw), 1 liang of Cinnamon Bark, 1 liang of Eucommia Bark (coarse bark removed, stir-fried to remove fibers), 1 liang of Magnolia Bark (bark removed, stir-fried with ginger juice until dry), 1 liang of Ligusticum Root (stems and soil removed), 1 liang of Angelica Pubescens, 1 liang of Notopterygium Root (raw, root tip removed), 1 liang of Gardenia Bark (raw), 1 liang of White Angelica Root,1 liang Chrysanthemum flowers (soil removed), 1 liang Achyranthes root (stems removed, soaked in wine for 1 day, then dried in an oven), 1 liang White Flower Snake (soaked in wine for 3 days, skin and bones removed, then dried in an oven and weighed), 1 liang Whole Scorpion (roasted), 1 liang Clematis root (soaked in water, soil removed),1 liang of Gastrodia (pounded separately to obtain powder, with soil removed), 1 liang of Angelica sinensis (with root tip removed, soaked in water, soil removed, and weighed after drying), 1 liang of Vitex fruit (raw, with skin removed),Tiger Bone 1 liang (soaked in wine until golden brown, remove oil; alternatively, fried with butter, or use the coarse core), Tiannanxing 1 liang (boiled in whey 5–7 times), Da Fangfeng 1 liang (remove the root tip, weigh after drying), Shan Yao 1 liang (use raw), Gan Cao 1 liang (fried with butter until slightly yellow), Chi Jian 1 liang (use raw),3 qian of musk (genuine, ground separately), 1.5 liang of cinnabar (top-grade).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Divide the mixture into 10 portions. Mix 1 fen of musk evenly into each portion, then mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a marble.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with wine; take at any time. In cases of stroke, dissolve the pill in peppermint tea before taking; if the patient cannot swallow, administer it by mouth; for acute or chronic convulsions in children, take a dose the size of a soapberry dissolved in peppermint tea.
