Drug Formulation
Aconite Root (raw, peeled) 1 liang, Southern Pinellia (raw, peeled) 1 liang, Frankincense (unroasted) half a liang (one formula uses Agarwood).

Benefits
For cases of wind-stroke due to deficiency, with phlegm and saliva obstructing the passages, loss of consciousness, and a deep, hidden pulse, where treatment with cooling herbs has failed.
Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 4 qian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water and 9 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 7 fen, strain, and take while warm, regardless of the time of day. If phlegm and saliva are severely obstructing the throat, causing a voice like a saw being dragged, and the medicine cannot be swallowed, moxibustion should be applied to the Guanyuan and Dantian acupoints.
