1 liang of well-processed Rehmannia root, 4 qian of Cornus fruit pulp, 4 qian of Chinese yam, 3 qian of Poria, 3 qian of Moutan bark, 3 qian of Alisma, 1 qian of mild Aconite, 1 qian of Cinnamon bark, 3 qian of Achyranthes root, and 3 qian of oyster shell (calcined).
