Chinese Name : 地黄羊脂煎

Drug Formulation

1 sheng of fresh Rehmannia root juice, 5 sheng of fresh ginger juice, 2 jin of mutton fat, and 5 sheng of white honey.

Processing

First, decoct the Rehmannia juice until 5 sheng remain; add the mutton fat and simmer until reduced by half. Next, add the ginger, followed by the honey. Transfer the mixture to a copper vessel and place it in boiling water to simmer until it reaches the consistency of malt syrup.

Instructions for Use

For each dose, take 1 sheng of wine and a portion of the decoction the size of a chicken egg. Add it to the wine and drink it three times daily.
