Drug Formulation
Lotus stamen (yellow ones are best) 1 jin, lotus seed meat (cleaned) 1 jin, euryale seed (cleaned) 2 liang, ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 4 liang.

Processing
Take 1 boar’s stomach, add 1 jin of lotus seeds (with seed coats), and place them in an earthenware pot. Boil in water until tender, then remove the stomach. Sun-dry the lotus seeds, grind them into a fine powder with the other ingredients, and mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
