3 liang of ginseng, 2 liang of Ophiopogon tuber, 3 liang of prepared rehmannia root, 1 liang of Chinese cornelian cherry, 1 liang of Chinese yam, 1 qian of Polygonum multiflorum, and 1 walnut.
