Drug Formulation

Zhi Shi (fried with wheat bran) 1 liang, Red Poria 1 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Areca Nut 1 liang, White Atractylodes half a liang, Black Pharbitis 8 liang (one formula adds half a liang of Wood Fragrance).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using a thin flour paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 15–20 pills per dose after meals, washed down with tangerine peel decoction; gradually increase the dose. If constipation persists, take 5–10 pills with warm water before bedtime.
