Drug Formulation

Aconite (white-fleshed, raw, with skin and navel removed) 3.5 liang; Trichosanthes seed (shell removed, ground separately) 3.5 liang; White frankincense 3.5 liang; Wulingzhi 3.5 liang; Angelica sinensis 1 liang; Mylabris 100 pieces (wings and legs removed, boiled in a small amount of vinegar until tender).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use 1 jin of raw, hulled black beans, pounded into a fine powder, and mix with vinegar to form a paste. Roll into pills the size of a chicken’s head.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill at a time, washed down with wine.
