Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder.

Benefits

Wind-cold stagnation in the water organs.

Instructions for Use

Remove the fascia from the sheep’s kidneys and slice them into thin pieces. Spread a layer of the powdered mixture on each slice, alternating layers in this manner until all the ingredients are used up;Then wrap them in several layers of damp paper, followed by a thick layer of salt mud. Place them in a fire fueled by pond ash and bake for three cooking cycles. Wait until the heat has thoroughly penetrated the mixture, taking care not to let it burn. Remove the mixture; if it appears purplish-black, stop the process. If the kidneys are not yet cooked, reseal them and bake again. Once ready, pound them 300–500 times with a pestle, add a small amount of water, and mix with steamed buns to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.Take 30 pills per dose, on an empty stomach and before the evening meal, washed down with warm wine. After three days, you will already feel warmth in the kidneys.
