100 grams of kiwifruit, 15 red dates, and 3 grams of black tea.

How To Make

Wash the kiwifruit and red dates, place them in a clay pot, and add 1,000 milliliters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the liquid is reduced to 500 milliliters. Add the black tea and simmer for 1 minute after it returns to a boil.

Efficacy

Nourishes the spleen and stomach; softens blood vessels. Suitable for atherosclerosis caused by spleen and stomach deficiency, characterized by dizziness, fatigue, abdominal distension, poor appetite, mental exhaustion, reluctance to speak, loose, unformed stools, a lackluster complexion, or lower limb edema, puffy eyelids, a swollen tongue with a white coating, and a fine, weak pulse.

Usage

Take twice daily, in the morning and evening; the kiwifruit and red dates may also be chewed and eaten.
