[Indications] Kidney yang deficiency, impotence with inability to achieve erection, weakness of the waist and knees.
[Formula] Cistanche Deserticola 50g, Piper Longum L. (Long Pepper), Amomum Tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire (Tsao-ko Fruit), Piper nigrum L. (Black Pepper) 10g each, Citrus reticulata Blanco (Tangerine Peel) 5g, 2 pairs of sheep Kidneys, 200g of mutton fat, appropriate amounts of salt, scallions, soy sauce, and yeast dough.
[Preparation Method] Clean the white sheep Kidneys and sheep fat, place them in an aluminum pot. Put the traditional Chinese medicine into a gauze bag and place it in the pot. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat until the sheep Kidneys are thoroughly cooked. Add green onions, salt, and yeast powder, and make into a soup as usual.
[Usage] Eat sheep Kidney and drink the soup.
2.Mutton Congee

[Indications] Impotence and premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea in men, as well as signs of imbalance such as emaciation, aversion to cold, fatigue, and weakness.
[Formula] 100 grams of mutton, 150 grams of japonica rice.
[Preparation Method] Wash the mutton, chop it into minced pieces. Rinse the japonica rice clean, put it into a pot, add water and boil. When it is half-cooked, add the minced mutton, stir well, and cook until it is well-done and ready to eat.
[Usage] Take at will.
3.Yanggao Decoction

[Functions] Tonifies the Kidney and strengthens yang.
[Indications] signs of imbalance such as Kidney deficiency-induced impotence, spermatorrhea, dizziness, and blurred vision.
[Formula] One pair of fresh ram testicles, one bowl of pork bone soup, an appropriate amount of ground pepper, scallion white, minced ginger, salt, and coriander.
[Preparation Method] Remove the fascia from the ram testicles and slice them thinly. Place a pot over high heat, pour in pork bones along with pepper powder, scallion whites, minced ginger, salt, etc., and bring to a boil. Add the ram testicles and cook for 5 minutes, then garnish with coriander and serve.
[Usage] Take at will.
4.Mutton and Shrimp Thick Soup

[Indications] Impotence, cold and painful lower back, aversion to cold, and frequent nocturia caused by Kidney yang deficiency.
[Formula] 150-200 grams of mutton, 40-50 grams of garlic, 30 grams of dried shrimps.
[Preparation Method] Wash the lamb meat, slice it thinly and set aside. First, boil the dried shrimps and garlic in water, then add scallions. After the dried shrimps are cooked, add the lamb slices and cook until the meat is done.
[Usage] Consume the soup along with the meat and shrimp.
5.Mutton, Fish Maw and Astragalus Decoction

[Formula] 150~250 grams of mutton, 50 grams of fish maw (Isinglass), 30 grams of Astragali Radix (Astragalus).
[Preparation Method] Cut the mutton into pieces and boil it together with fish maw and Astragali Radix in water, adding ginger, cinnamon bark, and salt. Boil until the meat is cooked.
[Usage] Drink the soup and eat the meat and fish maw.
6.Steamed Mutton with Prepared Aconite Root

[Formula] 1000 grams of fresh lamb leg meat, 30 grams of prepared aconite lateralis praeparata, 250 grams of clear meat broth, 15 grams of cooking wine, 6 segments of green onion, 3 grams of chopped green onion, 6 grams of ginger slices, 0.6 grams of ground white pepper, 0.6 grams of monosodium glutamate, 1.5 grams of salt, 30 grams of refined pig fat.
[Preparation Method] Wash the lamb meat, burn off any remaining hair on the skin, soak it in cold water, and scrape it clean. Place the whole piece of lamb meat in a pot with cold water, boil it until cooked, then remove and cut it into meat cubes approximately eight fen (a traditional Chinese unit of length, roughly equivalent to 0.33 cm) in size on each side. Wash the prepared aconite root (Fupian). Take a large porcelain bowl, place the lamb meat (skin side up), prepared aconite root, cooking wine, cooked lard, scallion knots, ginger slices, and clear meat broth into it, and steam it over water for 3 hours.
[Usage] Sprinkle chopped green onion, monosodium glutamate, and pepper powder over it before eating.
7.Stewed Mutton with Chinese Wolfberry Fruits

9.Stewed White Sheep Kidney

[Indications] Impotence, spermatorrhea, weakness of the waist and knees, and reduced food intake due to Spleen deficiency.
[Formula] Cistanche Deserticola 50 g, Piper Longum L. 10 g, Amomum Tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire 10 g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 5 g, Piper nigrum L. 10 g, 4 sheep Kidneys, suet 200 g, an appropriate amount of salt, green onion, soy sauce, and yeast powder.
[Preparation Method] Clean the white goat Kidneys and suet, and place them in a pot. Wrap Cistanche deserticola, Piper longum, Amomum tsao-ko, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, and Piper nigrum in gauze and put them into the pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring it to a boil over a fire. After the water boils, reduce the heat to a simmer. When the goat Kidneys are thoroughly cooked and tender, add green onions, salt, soy sauce, and yeast powder.
[Usage] Prepare and consume as soup in the usual way.
10.Gouqi Yangshen Congee

[Functions] Nourishes Kidney yang, replenishes Kidney qi, and strengthens Kidney yang.
[Indications] Kidney deficiency and strain, impotence and premature ejaculation, decline of yang qi, lumbosacral pain, weakness of legs and feet, frequent urination or enuresis.
[Formula] 250 grams of Lycii Fructus leaves, 1 sheep Kidney, 100 grams of mutton, 2 stalks of scallion whites, 150 grams of japonica rice, a small amount of fine salt.
[Preparation Method] Split open the fresh lamb Kidneys, wash them clean, remove the inner membranes, and finely chop them. Then wash the lamb meat and chop it into pieces. Boil the wolfberry fruit juice to extract the liquid and discard the dregs. Cook the lamb Kidneys, lamb meat, scallion whites, and japonica rice together in the wolfberry fruit juice to make porridge. After the porridge is cooked, add a little fine salt and cook for a short while longer, and it is ready.
[Usage] Consume warm with breakfast daily, preferably in winter.
11.Sea Cucumber and Mutton Soup
