Drug Formulation

Half a jin of Scrophularia root (soaked in wine and sun-dried three times), 1 jin of Sophora root (soaked overnight in ginger juice and wine, sun-dried, stir-fried, and ground into a powder weighing half a jin), 2 liang of rhinoceros horn, 2 liang of Angelica sinensis, 2 liang of Tribulus terrestris, 2 liang of prepared Rehmannia root, 2 liang of Angelica dahurica (stir-fried with ginger juice), 2 liang of Duzhi, 2 liang of Saposhnikovia root, 2 liang of whole scorpions (legs removed, stir-fried with earth),2 liang of Arctium lappa seeds, 2 liang of Frankincense, 2 liang of Myrrh, 2 liang of Photinia vine, 2 liang of Safflower, 5 qian of Licorice, 1 liang 5 qian of Stiff Silkworm (roasted, with silk threads, legs, and mouthparts removed).
