Drug Formulation

5 qian of Agarwood, 5 qian of Guangxi Frankincense, 5 qian each of Frankincense and Ginseng, 3 qian of Clove Buds, 1 pair of Stone Swallows (heated until red-hot, then soaked in vinegar), 1 pair of Sea Horses (prepared with clarified butter), 5 qian of Deer Antler (roasted with clarified butter), 5 qian of Epimedium (roasted with clarified butter), 5 qian of Pangolin Scale (stir-fried with ash), 5 qian of Chive Seeds,5 qian of star anise, 1 liang of akebia stem (roasted), 1 liang of fennel seeds (roasted until yellow), 5 qian of chrysanthemum flowers (roasted with salt),1 liang of Sichuan Melia fruit (soaked in wine overnight, peel and pit removed), 1 liang of Cnidium monnieri, 1 liang of Poria cocos, 1 large Aconite root (roasted, peel removed), 1 liang of Sichuan pepper (seeds removed), 1 liang of Goji berries, a small amount of musk, 1 liang of Fenugreek (placed inside sheep intestine and boiled in wine), and 5 qian of cloves.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with wine paste to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine, and follow with a light, dry snack. After taking this for over a year, the body feels light and the marrow is strengthened. It is especially beneficial for women.

Note

Avoid raw and cold foods, fermented foods, fishy smells, and all types of blood for forty-nine days.
