Coptis rhizome 2 liang 7 qian, Scutellaria root 11 liang, Rhubarb 11 liang, Red Peony root 11 liang, Raw Gardenia fruit 3 liang 4 qian, Sichuan Lovage root 3 liang 4 qian, Angelica root 3 liang 4 qian, Forsythia fruit 3 liang 4 qian,Chrysanthemum 3 liang 4 qian, Pollen 3 liang 4 qian, Licorice 1 liang 8 qian, Phellodendron 4 liang 4 qian, Scrophularia (stem removed) 3 liang 4 qian, Platycodon 3 liang 4 qian, Mustard Spikes 3 liang 4 qian, Peppermint 3 liang 4 qian, Honeysuckle 4 liang 3 qian, Raw Gypsum 4 liang 3 qian.

Processing
Chop the herbs into small pieces, decoct them in water three times, filter each decoction separately, discard the residue, combine the filtrates, and simmer over low heat until concentrated to a paste-like consistency—to the point where it does not seep through paper. Mix each liang of clear paste with 1 liang of refined honey, and fill bottles weighing 2 liang.

Instructions for Use
