Drug Formulation

Tender deer antler (roasted to remove hair, then coated with butter and roasted again) 1 liang, Chuanxiong 1 liang, Ginseng 1 liang,Cistanche 1 liang, black plum pulp 1 liang, cinnamon bark 1 liang, biota seed 1 liang, peony bark 1 liang, Beijing peony root 1 liang, angelica root half a liang (washed), astragalus root 2 liang (honey-roasted), purple quartz 1 liang (honey-roasted), and well-processed rehmannia root (washed, steamed twice with wine, then dried in an oven) 1 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a thin paste made from rice flour to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
