Drug Formulation

10 liang of red hematite, 6 liang of licorice (grind the former two together into an extremely fine powder), 1 liang of peppermint, 1 liang of stiff silkworm, 1 liang of ephedra, 5 qian of northern asarum, 1 liang of schisandra, 7 qian of lithospermum, 4 qian of gentian, 1 liang of Coptis,Aloe vera 1 qian, Aconite root 4 qian (decoct in water, strain, and use the liquid to soak the red ocher and licorice; seal the container with cotton paper, expose to sunlight during the day and moonlight at night until dry.Then add the following ingredients): 1 liang of azurite, 3 qian of coral, 2 qian of amber, 1 qian of blood-dried dragon’s blood, and 5 fen of pearl (must be unpierced; it must be stuffed into white tofu, boiled in water for 2 hours, and then removed to be combined with the other ingredients).
