Drug Formulation
1 liang of Prepared Rehmannia, 5 qian of Cornus officinalis, 1 liang of Ophiopogon, 5 qian of Poria, 5 qian of Chinese Yam, 3 qian of Euryale seed, 3 fen of Cinnamon Bark, 3 qian of Atractylodes macrocephala, 1 qian of Eucommia, 5 qian of Soft-shelled Turtle Carapace, and 2 qian of Stemona.

Instructions for Use
