Drug Formulation

Roasted wheat bran: 5 qian; roasted Shenqu: 5 qian; Cinnamomum cassia bark: 5 qian; Cinnamomum cassia bark (coarse outer bark removed): 5 qian; Corydalis yanhusuo: 5 qian; Amomum villosum: 5 qian; Myristica fragrans: 5 qian; Beijing-grown Curcuma zedoaria: 1 liang; Guangdong-grown Atractylodes lancea (roasted): 1 liang; realgar (impurities removed): 1 liang; green tangerine peel (pith removed): 1 liang,Zhike (fried with wheat bran, pith removed) 1 liang, Areca nut 1 liang, Daizhashi 1 liang, Wood Fragrance 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with rice paste to form pills the size of small beans.

Benefits

For chronic or recently developed masses, lumps, or nodules; pain from masses or accumulations; qi stagnation, food stagnation, or alcohol-induced stagnation; undigested food stagnating in the five viscera; yellowish-red urine; and heaviness and fatigue in the limbs.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills per dose: for small intestine colic, take with aniseed decoction; for heart pain, take with hot vinegar; for postpartum chills, fever, and abdominal pain, take with Angelica sinensis and safflower decoction; for internal and external injuries caused by stagnation, take with scallion white decoction; for regular use, take with tea, wine, or salted water, regardless of the time of day.
