Drug Formulation

1 liang of green tangerine peel, 1 liang of aged tangerine peel (white pith removed), 2 liang of processed Pinellia, 2 liang of processed Aconite, 1 liang of roasted Trifoliate Orange,1 liang of Poria, 2 liang of Atractylodes (roasted), half a liang of Cyperus, half a liang of genuine Perilla seeds, half a liang of hawthorn pulp, half a liang of Shenqu (roasted), 1 liang of white alum, 2 liang of soapberry (crushed), and 2 liang of ginger (crushed).

Processing

Boil the Southern Star and Pinellia together with the Soap Pods, White Alum, and fresh ginger until the Southern Star no longer has white spots. Dry the Southern Star and Pinellia in an oven, then grind them into a powder along with the other ingredients. Make a paste with bamboo sap and ginger juice, and form it into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
