10–15g roasted Cassia seeds, 60g japonica rice, a small amount of rock sugar (or add 10g white chrysanthemum flowers).

Instructions for Use

First, roast the Cassia seeds in a wok until a faint aroma is released; remove and let cool. Decoct to extract the liquid, or decoct together with white chrysanthemum flowers to extract the liquid. Strain out the residue, then add the japonica rice and cook into porridge.
