Drug Formulation

50 seeds of large maple, 50 seeds of castor bean, 3 qian of Cnidium monnieri seeds.

Processing

Grind the above herbs into a fine powder and set aside in a separate package; separately, take 1 qian 5 fen of Ephedra and 3 Mylabris beetles (with wings and legs removed), place them in 1 liang of lard, and simmer until charred; discard the liquid. Then add the three ingredients from the previous step and simmer slowly. Once the residue turns black, remove it and wrap it in a silk bag.
