Instructions for Use

Add ginger and jujubes; decoct in water, then leave the decoction with its residue exposed to the air overnight. Take it slightly warm 1–2 hours before the onset of symptoms the next day; if nausea occurs, suppress it by mixing the flesh of black plums with sugar.

Note

Avoid chicken, fish, tofu, wheat-based foods, soups, hot congee, and hot foods.
