Processing

Remove the coarse outer bark from the ingredients, char them over a charcoal fire until red-hot, cool them in yellow earth, then remove and grind them together with the Frankincense into a fine powder.

Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with water and taken before bedtime; after two doses, replenish with plain white rice porridge.
