Drug Formulation

Cimicifuga (Shengma) 3 fen, Akebia (Mutong) 3 fen, White Smilax (Bai Lian) 3 fen, Scutellaria (Huangqin) 1 liang, Peony (Shaoyao) 1 liang, Licorice (Gancao) half a liang, Rhubarb (Dahuang) 1.5 liang.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Add 3 sheng of water and boil until reduced to 2.5 sheng; then add rhubarb and boil until reduced to 1.5 sheng. Drink 1 zhan while still warm. Continue until bowel movements occur.
