Drug Formulation

Half a jin of Atractylodes lancea (soaked overnight in rice washing water, sun-dried; then pound and stir-fry with half a jin of fresh ginger and 4 liang of scallion whites; once dry, discard the ginger and scallions), half a jin of aniseed (soaked in 4 liang of fresh ginger juice for 1–2 nights, then stir-fried with salt until dry), and 4 liang of Evodia fruit (soaked in hot water, then stir-fried).
