Cinnamon Bark (Gui Xin) 1 liang, Ginseng (Ren Shen) 1 liang, Astragalus (Huang Qi) 1 liang, Poria (Fu Ling) 1 liang, Atractylodes (Bai Zhu) 1 liang, Licorice (Gan Cao) 1 liang, Pueraria Root (Ge Gen) 1 liang, Alisma (Ze Xie) 1 liang, Gypsum (Shi Gao) 1 liang, Cold Water Stone (Han Shui Shi) 1 liang, Talc (Hua Shi) 2 liang (burned and ground separately), Wood Fragrance (Mu Xiang) 1 qian.
