Benefits
Rashes may result from excessive use of ephedra-based medications, or from taking exterior-releasing agents during the summer months, leading to excessive sweating and loss of yang. When the exterior qi becomes depleted, pathogenic factors invade, transforming into a stroke-like condition characterized by profuse cold sweat, chill throughout the body, cold hands and feet, stiffness and spasms in the body and neck, opisthotonos, and loss of consciousness.
Instructions for Use
If, after taking the medicine, the body warms up and sweating stops, the condition is treatable; if the body remains cold, the pulse is faint, and sweating persists, the condition is untreatable.
