He Shou Wu 4 liang (processed), Goji Berries 4 liang, Euryale Seed 4 liang, Lotus Stamen 4 liang, Poria 2 liang, Walnut Meat 2 liang, Dragon Bone 2 liang, Chinese Yam 2 liang, Sha Yuan 2 liang,Tribulus terrestris 2 liang, Polygonum multiflorum 2 liang, Cuscuta chinensis 2 liang, Allium tuberosum seeds 2 liang, Rubus chingii fruit 2 liang, lotus seed kernels from Jian 2 liang, Panax ginseng 1 liang, fish bladder gelatin 3 liang, Ginkgo biloba kernels 3 liang, Dipsacus asper root 3 liang.
