7 grains of Fennel (roasted), 2 fen of Dried Ginger (roasted), 1 qian of Corydalis, 2 qian of Myrrh (ground), 3 qian of Angelica sinensis, 2 qian of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 1 qian of Cinnamon bark, 2 qian of Red Peony root, 3 qian of Polygonum aviculare pollen (raw), 2 qian of Lingzhi (roasted).
