Red Peony Root 1 qian, Sichuan Lovage 1 qian, Peach Kernels 3 qian (ground into a paste), Safflower 3 qian, Old Green Onions 3 stalks (finely chopped), Fresh Ginger 3 qian (finely chopped), Red Dates 7 (pitted), Musk 5 li (wrapped in silk).

Instructions for Use
Use half a jin of yellow wine (dosages vary across sources; it is better to use 2 liang more than to use less) to decoct the first seven ingredients for 1 zhong; strain out the residue, add musk, and decoct for two more boils; take before bedtime.Adults should take one dose daily for three consecutive days, then skip one day before taking another three doses; for children aged 7–8, take one dose every two nights; for children aged 3–4, take one dose every three nights. Musk may be decocted three times before replacing it with fresh musk.For hair loss, hair will stop falling out after 3 doses, and new hair will surely grow after 10 doses; for eye pain with redness of the sclera, regardless of whether there is a corneal opacity, first take 1 dose of this formula, then take the Enhanced Pain-Relieving Myrrh Powder, 2 doses per day; complete recovery is guaranteed within 2–3 days; for chronic rhinitis, regardless of whether it has lasted 20–30 years, this formula will show results after 3 doses and achieve complete recovery after 20–30 doses;For long-standing deafness, take this formula in the evening and Tongqi Powder in the morning, two doses per day; deafness lasting 20–30 years can be cured; for vitiligo and purpura, taking 3–5 doses will prevent further spread, and taking 30 doses will lead to a complete cure; for purplish facial marks that have persisted for 3–5 years, 10 doses will cure them; if they have persisted for over 10 years, 20–30 doses will certainly cure them;For a face marked with dark blue spots like ink, 30 doses can cure it; for dental caries, take one dose of this medicine in the evening and one dose of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the morning; during the day, decoct 8 qian of Astragalus and drink it slowly; finish the entire dose in one day, taking three doses daily; results will be visible in 3 days, with significant improvement in 10 days, and complete recovery within one month;For foul-smelling breath, take this formula in the evening and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the morning; results are guaranteed within 3–5 days; For women suffering from chronic exhaustion, take 3 or 6 doses of this formula; for severe cases, 9 doses—there has never been a case that did not achieve complete recovery;For men with exhaustion-related illnesses: mild cases can be cured with 9 doses, and severe cases with 18 doses. After taking 3 doses, if qi is weak, decoct 8 qian of Astragalus daily and drink it slowly, finishing the entire dose within one day—this is a method that combines both purgation and tonification. If qi is not severely weakened, Astragalus need not be used; once the illness subsides, original qi will naturally recover. For illnesses that flare up during seasonal transitions, taking 3 doses will prevent recurrence;For pediatric malnutrition (gan syndrome), alternate this formula with the Blood Residence Stasis-Resolving Decoction and the Diaphragm-Below Stasis-Resolving Decoction; every case has been cured.
