Deer antler, dodder seed, tribulus, purple aster, cistanche, cassia bark, black aconite (roasted), yangqishi, astragalus, cnidium, and silkworm cocoon—all in equal parts.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a tung tree seed.
