Chinese Name : 续断丸
Drug Formulation
3 liang of Dipsacus asper (soaked in water, washed, and finely chopped), 2 liang of Astragalus membranaceus (mixed with honey water), 1 liang of Fructus Aurantii (pith removed, stir-fried with wheat bran), and 1 liang of white silkworm pupae (straight ones, stir-fried to remove the silk threads).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with hot water and snow fat to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed; coat with cinnabar and musk.

For uncontrollable rectal bleeding.
Instructions for Use
Take 30–50 pills per dose, washed down with rice water. If blood appears before a bowel movement, take before meals; if blood appears after a bowel movement, take after meals.
