Processing

Pound the herb with a wooden pestle and mortar until it becomes as sticky as molasses. Take some vinegar and millet rice, place them in a clean cloth, wring out thoroughly to remove all moisture, then add small amounts to the mortar and pound together with the herb until it can be formed into pills. Roll into pills the size of mung beans.

Take 10 pills each time, morning and evening after meals, with warm water.
