Processing
Except for the three ingredients—dragon’s blood, ox gallstone, and maple seeds—which should be ground separately, grind the remaining herbs into a fine powder. Mix the three separately ground ingredients evenly with the powder, then form into pills using a paste made from aged rice flour.

Instructions for Use
Take 50 pills per dose, gradually increasing to a maximum of 100 pills, and swallow them with plain tea. If not fully cured, take Fangfeng Tongsheng San again.
Note
Avoid alcohol, sexual activity, and excessive labor; also avoid pork, mutton, fresh fish, greasy foods, raw or cold foods, and foods that stir the qi or induce wind. Eat only white duck and dried fish; a light diet is even better. Treatment lasts half a year for severe cases and three months for mild cases.
