Asparagus Root (soaked in wine, core removed) 2 liang, Morinda Root (core removed) 2 liang, Polygala Root (boiled in licorice water, core removed) 2 liang, Angelica Root (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Poria (peeled, washed in water to remove scum, sun-dried) 1 liang,Alisma (hairs removed) 1 liang, Raw Rehmannia (sinks in water, soaked in wine) 1 liang, Prepared Rehmannia (plump, soaked in wine, processed with ginger) 1 liang, Ginseng (root base removed) 1 liang, Plantain Seed (roasted) 1 liang, Rubus Fruit (pits removed, soaked in wine, sun-dried) 1 liang,Achyranthes root (stems removed, soaked in wine) 1 liang, Chinese yam (plump, roasted) 1 liang, red cinnabar (calcined) 1 liang, Cistanche (soaked in wine, stems removed) 1 liang, genuine Sichuan pepper (seeds removed, stir-fried) 1 liang, Ganzhou goji berries 1 liang, pine nut kernels (roasted) 1 liang, Atractylodes (stems removed, stir-fried) 1 liang,Acorus tatarinowii (hairs removed) 1 liang, Lycium barbarum bark (core removed) 1 liang, Schisandra chinensis (stems removed) 1 liang, Cuscuta chinensis (boiled in wine) 1 liang, Eucommia ulmoides (stir-fried with ginger) 1 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
