Processing
Soak the ash in one dou and a half of water; place it in a refined silk bag, tie it loosely, and leave it in the ash overnight; then dry it in the sun. Grind all the herbs into a fine powder, sift them, and mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Swallow with saliva. Do not use water. The body will feel numb; do not eat until the medicinal effects have fully subsided. If the condition is localized in the flanks, swallowing one pill will resolve it immediately; if there is anxiety or restlessness, take one pill three times daily, and sleep alone without fear. For severe cases, take 6–7 pills during the day and 3 at night; for mild cases, take 4–5 during the day and 2 at night. Cold pathogens are expelled along with loose stools, which may cause frequent flatulence.
