Atractylodes lancea (soaked in rice water) 2 liang, Gardenia jasminoides (roasted until black) 2 liang, Ligusticum chuanxiong 2 liang, Shenqu (roasted) 2 liang, Cyperus rotundus (roasted with a child’s urine) 2 liang, Hawthorn fruit 2 liang, Dried tangerine peel 2 liang, Pinellia ternata (soaked in hot water, then roasted with ginger juice) 2 liang, Poria cocos (peeled) 2 liang,Haisi 2 liang, Nanxing 2 liang, Tianhuafen 2 liang, Zhike (pulp removed, stir-fried with wheat bran) 1.5 liang, Licorice (roasted) 0.5 liang.
