Drug Formulation
Soapberry seeds, any amount (place in a silk bag, soak in a latrine for 3–7 days, remove and wash thoroughly, place in a pit in the ground, carve a lid to release the toxins for one night, bake until dry, and grind into a powder); 50 blister beetles (remove heads and wings, stir-fry with bran over low heat until yellow, remove the bran, then grind into a powder).

Processing
Take 2 qian bi of soapberry powder, 1 qian bi of blister beetle powder, 2 qian of mercury powder, and 1 raw chicken egg. Pour the egg white into a bowl, add half a bowl of rice water, and mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Instructions for Use
Take this remedy at the beginning of the fourth watch. By the fifth watch, the toxic substances will be expelled—either through the bowels or in the urine. If there is slight burning or pain, it is not a cause for concern.
