Chinese Name : 防风天麻丸
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Fangfeng (root, without the fibrous base), 1 liang of Tianma, 1 liang of Shengma, 1 liang of Bai Fuzi (roasted), 1 liang of Dingfengcao, 1 liang of Xixin (without the shoots), 1 liang of Chuanxiong, 1 liang of Ren Shen (root, without the fibrous base), 1 liang of Danshen (root, without the fibrous base), 1 liang of Kushen (root, without the fibrous base), 1 liang of Xuanshen (root, without the fibrous base),1 liang of Zi Shen (root removed), 1 liang of Manjingzi, 1 liang of Weilingxian, 1 liang of Chuan Shan Jia (roasted), 1 liang of He Shou Wu (ground separately into powder), and 1 pair of centipedes.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix thoroughly with the He Shou Wu powder. For every 2 liang of the herbal powder, use 1 jin of sesame seeds, which have been washed, sun-dried, stir-fried until fragrant and cooked, and then ground separately into an extremely fine powder. Mix this with the herbal powder, then combine with refined honey to form pills, making a total of 90 pills.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill at a time, chew it thoroughly, and swallow it with warm whey; take it three times daily at any time. If vomiting occurs upon first taking the medicine, do not be alarmed; once the body adjusts, it will be as before.
Note
The patient should consume plain white congee for 120 days. Sexual activity is strictly prohibited; the patient must rest and be cautious with diet.
